Will you upset my customers?
No. That's the whole point. We're polite, professional and consistent, and we chase in a tone you've approved. Most late payments are down to a missing PO or an invoice stuck in someone's inbox, not bad intent. We fix those, and only escalate when you say so.
Do you collect the money?
No. Your customers always pay you directly, into your own bank account, exactly as they do now. We never handle your money; we just make sure it arrives.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. If you use something else, get in touch. We can usually work with it.
How long is the contract?
Monthly plans have a minimum 3-month term (it takes a couple of months to really move the needle), then it's rolling with 30 days' notice. The Ledger Health Check is a one-off with no ongoing commitment.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes, and with UK businesses that sell to US customers. We chase US accounts during US business hours and have plenty of experience with large US retailers and their accounts-payable processes.
